LightHealingGrace Foundation is committed to serving individuals and families in Talbot County and surrounding communities through faith-based support, encouragement, and meaningful outreach.
Important Program Information
To ensure we can serve as many individuals and families as possible, assistance through LightHealingGrace Foundation programs is generally limited to once every six (6) months per household, unless otherwise specified. All assistance is subject to eligibility, funding availability, and program guidelines.
Please Note: Program guidelines, eligibility requirements, and funding availability are subject to change without notice. LightHealingGrace Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on program capacity and available resources.
Programs & Services
Care Package Program
Our Care Package Program provides essential items, encouragement, and supportive resources to individuals and families in need throughout Talbot County.
Each package may include hygiene products, household essentials, seasonal items, and a Faith & Healing scripture card, thoughtfully prepared to bring comfort, restore hope, and remind individuals they are not alone.
Applications are not first-come, first-served and are based on need and available resources
Emergency Diapers & Wipes Program

The LightHealingGrace Foundation Emergency Diapers & Wipes Program provides emergency diapers and baby wipes to eligible families experiencing an unexpected financial hardship. Our goal is to help parents and caregivers meet an immediate need by providing essential baby care items when funding and supplies are available.
Families may apply online to be considered for assistance. Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, available funding, donated supplies, and program guidelines.
Care Closet Program
Clothing & Essentials Resource Program
Providing clothing, essentials, and support with care, dignity, and encouragement.
The Care Closet Program is designed to support individuals and families in Talbot County and surrounding areas by offering access to gently used or new clothing and basic necessities during times of need.
Each request is handled with intention because everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
Free Bible Program
Sharing God’s Word with those seeking faith, hope, and encouragement.
Through our Free Bible Program, individuals can request a Bible at no cost. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning to your walk with Christ, or simply need a Bible of your own, we are honored to help.
Available while supplies last.
Make An Impact
Your generosity helps us provide care packages, diapers and wipes, clothing, Bibles, and other essential resources to individuals and families in need.

We are accepting donations of new or gently used clothing and essential items to support our care packages and future programs.
