We believe healing is possible, and no one should have to face life's challenges alone. Through compassionate outreach, essential resources, and community partnerships, we serve with dignity, love, and purpose.

From care packages and diapers to clothing, Bibles, and other community initiatives, every program is designed to meet practical needs while reminding people they are seen, valued, and supported.

LightHealingGrace Foundation was founded by Minister Tierra Cannon, whose passion for serving others is rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that healing is possible. What began as a personal calling has grown into a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to providing hope, practical support, and encouragement to individuals and families.

Through compassionate leadership, Tierra is committed to expanding programs that meet real community needs while treating every person with dignity and respect. Her vision is to strengthen communities by connecting people with resources, encouragement, and hope.

Today, LightHealingGrace Foundation continues to serve through outreach, partnerships, and community programs making a difference one person, one family, and one act of kindness at a time.

Our Official Launch

On April 25, 2026, LightHealingGrace Foundation officially launched, marking the beginning of our mission to serve the community with faith, compassion, and hope. This milestone reflects the start of our commitment to making a lasting impact one life at a time.
