The Emergency Diapers & Wipes Program provides diapers and baby wipes to eligible families experiencing an unexpected financial hardship. Our goal is to help parents and legal guardians meet an immediate need so they can focus on the health, safety, and well-being of their children.

Assistance is provided as funding and supplies are available. We are committed to serving every family with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Eligibility

To qualify for assistance, applicants must:

• Live in Talbot County or a surrounding county.

• Be the parent or legal guardian of a child in need of diapers.

• Complete the program application.

• Provide a valid photo ID and proof of residency if requested.

• Meet all program eligibility requirements.

• Be experiencing an emergency or unexpected financial hardship.

• Assistance is limited to one emergency diaper and wipes package per household every six months, unless otherwise approved by LightHealingGrace Foundation.

• Diaper sizes, brands, quantities, and availability may vary based on current inventory and funding.
