Hi, I’m Tierra Cannon, Founder and Executive Director of LightHealingGrace Foundation Inc.
What began as a personal journey of healing and faith has grown into a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families and restoring hope within our community.
I am committed to serving with compassion, integrity, and intentional care as we work to uplift and encourage those we serve throughout Talbot County and surrounding areas.
